Good salary. That is literally the only thing they offer, because there are no benefits in the compensation package. The working environment is awful, layoffs are happening more and more often, basically monthly since the beginning of 2026, and the strategy changes every week.
Minpunten
The company is on the verge of bankruptcy. Therr has been six or so rounds of layoffs over the last year. There are no benefits, the working environment is extremely bad, and some teams, such as finance, are expected to work 10+ hours per day. Top management changes direction every week. At this stage, it is every person for themselves, and this is quite evident. I do not recommend joining, as I doubt the company will still be operating by the end of the year.
