Leadership is very knowledgeable, friendly and focused. There is a lot of diversity in the work place - race and ethnicity is never an issue. I thought I knew SEO until I came to Razor Rank - this company is cream of the crop. If you want to work with the most seasoned SEO experts around on major brand name clients, this is the place. We work hard and play hard. There is little tolerance for lazy people or those just "pulling a paycheck". After being at this company for a few years I can also say the employee (and client) turnover is almost non existent with the exception of lazy people who are on phones all day and do not do their work. Razor Rank has added a new layer of life to my life and I hope to be here for many years to come.

Minpunten

Razor Rank is growing consistently year over year which means that there are growing pains at times. Some of the processes are still being ironed out due to the quality of work causing which is causing growth. Another con is that they give under-performing employees too many chances to get it together. They need to cut under-performers more quickly so the workload does not fall on all the other achievers.
