Motivation comes in so many ways, and ways that I've never experienced previously starting with leadership, support, camaraderie. Coworkers are always willing to go the extra mile for customers and each other.

The company was recently acquired by Lexmark, so things could change drastically. Some change has already started by losing some great people that couldn't handle the uncertainty. Others changes have been seen in more "corporate" procedures being implemented which has taken away a sense of ownership of your process and results.
