Pluspunten
They attempt to offer benefits that are above average. Benefits were cut in early 2009 though (due to recession effects). There are some great people. (Unfortunately, it feels like they are the minority.)
Minpunten
Incompetence, inaccuracies, and unresponsiveness are highly tolerated. The standard of quality (for reports/communication exchanged among colleagues) is very low. Most employees don't know much about how to use common applications like Excel, Power Point, and Word. The database systems are slow, unintuitive, and cumbersome. People are not engaged in their jobs and have to be asked at least twice before following through on their responsibilities. Several people say they'll do something and just never do it. Many managers are bad at managing, delegating, and motivating. There's very little initiative to make improvements. (How can people take initiative to do the extras when they don't even do their basic responsibilities without being asked twice.) There's not a team atmosphere b/c many of the team members are not reliable.
