A lot of learning can be had. Meet a lot of new people.

Minpunten

No IT management, anything that needs to be fixed you will need to look it up and learn how to do it on the spot. Turn over is so high, I stopped learning peoples names. We would hire six sales guys, and the next day, they would all be gone. Be very careful what you say about management. I had a good thought on how to improve moral, shared it with someone in HR. A week later, I was training my replacement.

Great culture from top to bottom. 401k, good benefits, good marketing, nice location in Irvine, gym in the office.

Minpunten

Little too much turnover in some parts of the business.

This company has had it's ups and downs for sure, but they are building a great team and I am glad to be part of it. The company gets along like few I have ever worked at. The management seeks input and things move forward, I know they had many issues just a few years ago, but the new owners (PE firm) care about the future, they participate in a pro active manner and I believe the company has a very bright future. Definitely glad I came!

They have some tendencies from startup days, but are open to change.
