Pros: - Good company culture (people can take a joke and engage in fun coworker banter) - Lots of meaningful work to engage in - Open to criticism/suggestions - Reputable organization that is good to see on a resume - VERY good intern pay

Pluspunten

1. Very flexible schedule. People can work from home or work early/late as long as the work gets done. 2. The employees are fun and the office is usually laid back. 3. You get to promote liberty at your job!

Minpunten

1. Ridiculously low pay, even for a non-profit and there's not much room for growth. 2. The benefits are almost nonexistent. They don't match retirement and your healthcare deductible is so high that you won't hit it until it's the end of the year and starts over. 3. Management is disorganized.
