Have not worked for them since 2023. Would still say they have the best culture of any company I have ever worked for. Outstanding senior leadership. Tons of support for growth and development.

Pay was competitive for their HQ location, but not for higher COL cities. They're focusing on building their team locally so this con may be obsolete at this point.

The company is smaller and still has startup vibes so if you're not used to that environment and not willing to adapt, then it might not be the best workplace for you.
