This is a team that works incredibly hard to serve customers. The level of dedication to resolving customer issues quickly is among the best I’ve seen across multiple organizations. The majority of colleagues are collaborative and great to work with.

There is an opportunity for leadership to provide greater autonomy to senior leaders and subject matter experts. Work-life balance can also be challenging at times, particularly due to limited cross-training, which makes it difficult to fully disconnect when taking time off. That said, the organization is actively working to address these areas and improve coverage and support.
