Downward spiral is coming. Several leaders and management cut in the past year. Several more long tenure leaders resigned. No one wants to be here anymore with the jerk, back-handed execs that exist and poor planning. Beware the Ballerina and the Bear. They get off on reading your Slack messages and love to hate on people behind their backs, even due to their own misguidance.
