I have worked at Red Box Recorders for several year and have mostly enjoyed my experience with the company. The people are friendly at every level and the executive team are very approachable with clear expectations. I am provided with realistic targets and clear goals. If these targets are not met I can actively contribute to the review process for future improvements without creating a blame culture. I have been encouraged to develop personally whilst working at the company which has been challenging and satisfying. My working day is usually varied. My personal experience with Red Box Recorders has been good to excellent. I have previously worked for large organisations and I like Red Box's "everyone can contribute" approach. I would say Red Box Recorders is a friendly company that rewards good performance and expects employees to be professional and produce results. Pros - Expanding company with good opportunities for development, friendly in and out of work, encourage personal development.

Red Box Recorders has high but realistic expectations of its employees and as with most professional positions there is an element of pressure. Occasionally I am flexible with my hours of work and cover other departments to support the business.
