Communication within the office is almost nonexistent. That being said when a customer is trying to reach the office and they receive no response for almost 2 weeks to get a response to them is not acceptable.
Every department is over worked and is expected to step up to help other departments complete their work as well.
Getting a decision from management for even the smallest task take around 2 week. God forbid a complicated job comes up that is needing extra attention to the details pops up. How is that supposed to be handled, if even f you were
