there are hundred of problems you will face in this so called software house first off all its not a software house its a network marketing business agency which show other people that they are a software house but in actual they work on network marketing .. they will pay your salary after 1.5 months (if you are lucky enough) in cheque which will bounce one or two time they will give you deadline of only 1 week for making an ecommerce site with all reponsibilty on you no one will help you their team lead and seniors will do nothing i mean nothing to help you. you are on your own and if you cant do any task they will fire you they have no humanity for their employees ..owner is arrogant(and also pervert) and all he know is how to not give your salary ..you have to spend your nights for their project and at the end you will not get your salary if you are jobless then still i will not recommend you to go here for doing free work
