We try to get the important things done today rather than tomorrow.” We never encourage speed over correctness, but we do encourage our employees to practice “thoughtful speed” and “creative scrappiness” so that we can continue to keep the ball moving forward. In order to keep our forward momentum and always stay focused on initiatives that are closest to our goals, we must shift our priorities at times. As with all start-ups, if you aren’t continually growing, changing, and seeking out better ways of doing things, you will not be able to deliver value to the customer.
