Rules are not for these employees. Rules are not applicable to slave employess it may be leaves or late coming or anything. It is okay for them.

No on time salary., you wont get sal after 20 also. You will confuse on which month salary you get. They ask employees to maintain time to come to office if u late they will cut your salary, but they are not maintining time to pay sal on time. No projects. No growth. No health insurance to employees. This is good company for the emplyee who always send team info to mgmt. They have these kind of people on each department,. Concentrating on employees timing not on projects.
