Since working with Redsquid over the last few years I have always been encouraged to progress further within the company and have been given the outsourced training and internal coaching from management to do this the best that I can. The Redsquid team as a whole include people from all different work backgrounds with their own specific knowledge in their chosen fields in order for all teams to work together effectively to reach the same goals. From working in account management we are offered a good commission structure which is realistic and we have been given fantastic guidance by management in helping the team reach their targets. We receive a good holiday package with a free day off for our birthday which is also a great incentive on top of our yearly allowance. I am given the opportunity to make the most of flexible working by being given the tools to do so (mobiles, tablet, laptop etc) so that I do not always feel that I need to be sat at my desk to get work done.
Minpunten
As we work with the mobile operators directly, this can sometimes affect the relationship with our customers if they have changed their internal processes or if there is a lack of coverage in certain areas. This makes our roles slightly harder to keep our rapport consistent with the customers in order to meet their needs.
