Leadership was heavily sales-driven to the detriment of product development and employee wellbeing.
Customer success and implementation teams were expected to cover for the product’s failures with little support.
Sales team regularly misrepresented the product, creating significant challenges for post-sale teams.
Non-sales roles were undervalued, ignored, and received little to no recognition.
Leadership was unapproachable and dismissive.
Manual labor was required to mimic “automated” features due to incomplete software functionality.

Leadership has reached out in response to this feedback and will be implementing immediate changes to address the issues mentioned accordingly.
