Pluspunten

WFH - is great. but abused in my opinion by some as tickets are ignored until a few calls from the client. Lots of potential in growth, from positions to company - but this is never/rarely mentioned

Minpunten

Far too much customers/clinics for support to handle - but the ,managers/brass are aware and hiring, just the pay is a little low and doesn't increase pay - no mentions of raises during "the few min year end reviews" i've had lack of team meetings; a lot of issues are no shared. very few people help our fellow team members not much info about current events unless they are major

I’ve been with this company long enough to see it go from thriving to barely surviving. The management is a mess—decisions are driven by short-term goals with no vision for the future. premature lay-offs. It’s clear they’re more focused on hitting immediate targets than building any kind of sustainable success. Micromanagement is rampant here. It’s not just one or two managers, but a culture that’s deeply ingrained across the board. You can’t make a single move without getting second-guessed or being told exactly how to do it. It’s exhausting, demotivating, and it stifles creativity and growth. What once was a company with potential is now stuck in the weeds. If you're looking for innovation or an opportunity to grow, look elsewhere.
