It is truly unique, forward thinking and is building a team and culture that appreciates everyones contribution.

Due to the nature of what Relative is building, there are high expectations on employees to be self motivated, to speak up and contribute their thoughts and of course to work hard and strive for continuous improvement. I personally would not label any of these as cons - as Relative offers the right environment to achieve and succeed at these things.
