It is a fast paced industry, with lots of challenges. Constantly evolving products and working with emerging technology can make it feel like you are never "knowledgable enough", which could also be considered a Pro, as it pushes you to keep learning and growing as well.

Company Culture Management is ethical, has integrity and inspires and supports employees to be successful. I've found management open to employees' ideas, granting responsibility and ownership for implementing these ideas. This entrepreneurial culture (emerging after two companies joined) inspires innovation in all areas of the company and fosters participation in the success of the company. This is really a Pro but can be seen as a Con - putting clients before profit. The company bends over backwards for clients. I have not seen anywhere else but at Reliance Network the high level of client support and investment in innovation to develop software features to meet clients' needs and requests.
