Toxic CX leadership scapegoats and silences contributors any chance they get. I just returned from an SKO where the outward image was nothing like the inward- people smiling and thanking leadership out of one side of their mouths but scrolling LinkedIn looking for an exit strategy as soon as they are out of earshot. Three RIFs in two years, but still hosting big parties and trips…seems out of line.
