Favoritism is widespread, and micro aggressions from individuals at all levels go unchecked, contributing to a hostile atmosphere. Micro aggressive behavior is frequently reported to leadership but often dismissed or glossed over, reinforcing a culture where harmful behavior is tolerated rather than addressed. Despite claiming to value their employees, this company consistently proves otherwise. It fosters a toxic, unhealthy environment where people are overworked, underappreciated, and micromanaged. Innovation and independent thinking are discouraged, leaving little room for growth or genuine collaboration.
