He uses newcomers for his own agenda and creates conflict within teams. Projects like LOKI and Wizz failed mainly due to his sabotage. He intentionally gave unrealistic deadlines to remove a well-performing lead and replaced him with Usman his close ally. Usman, on the other hand, is not only a part of this political game but is also known for being flirtatious and unprofessional with female colleagues. Together, both of them create a biased environment, where only their circle is heard, and deserving employees are ignored or pushed out. There is no job security the company has conducted two layoffs within one year. On top of that, the workload is extremely high, and due to internal politics, the pressure doubles as efficient people are removed, and mismanagement follows.
