      Unfortunately, management is lacking in several areas. There’s a lack of clear direction and communication from leadership, and decisions often feel disconnected from the realities of day-to-day operations. This can lead to frustration and inefficiencies across the team.

      I find an 8 hour a day isn't enough, but it's a great place to work if you want to take on leadership opportunities and grow in your career.

      Pluspunten

      One thing that is very important to me is being in a mission-oriented company. The new leadership has steered the company towards a direction I am completely behind. The product really does help our customers and that is something that drives me and the rest of my team to do our best work. Knowing the work I do on a daily basis creates positive change makes me excited to come to work daily. I have also never worked with a more diverse team it's great to work with people who have different points of view.

      We have very aggressive goals so its not a place for people who shy away from that
