The ethos and community nature of Rentokil Initial is very forward-thinking, open and welcoming, I am yet to meet anyone in the company who has been unsavoury. I am also yet to work for a company as cohesive and friendly, my expectations have been exceeded. The sales academy has been extremely useful. Mark and Stuart do deliver the information in a way which is easy to digest and comprehend. So it is clear to me they have exceptional knowledge and experience in training staff. I have found myself to be a much more confident speaker due to the practical nature of some of the sessions. With sales academy coming to an end, I feel as if the skills I’ve learnt will definitely be transferable and aid me in my future progression even though I am not immediately going to work in sales.
