I have never seen such a high turnover. They hire, train and see VALID people go every other week. Main culprits: mediocre salary/benefits, long hours and a CEO that is simply unable to delegate or let employees do their work. Micromanaging is an understatement. Good people work there but almost everybody is unhappy. Apparently, there hasn't been a salary review in over two years but that doesn't prevent management from spending a ridiculous amount of money in a "game" and a "chill out" room that nobody asked/cared for.
