I didn't have any positive experiences, so I left the organization in 2024. I wouldn't recommend joining here.

Minpunten

According to a recent discussion with a current employee, the pipeline project failed completely. A few members received promotions despite multiple failures related to this project. I've also heard that the entire pipeline team has been laid off, and now they are working on something that is not required. The AI product manager seems uncertain about what to build next.

Thanks for the review! Cross-functional collaboration across time zones is a real challenge these days. We are hoping that the flexibility of our remote & hybrid environment and clarification of ‘core working hours’ will help support even greater collaboration across teams. Minpunten

*Constant layoffs. Even after leaving I'm still seeing a lot of former colleagues being let go. Great talent has been let go to cut costs. *Pay is much lower than industry average and it seems there is no budget to increase pay. *Platform has bugs and issues that were never resolved by engineering, leaving teams to develop work arounds and frustrating clients. *For bugs that are addressed, solutions take weeks to months to get fixed frustrating clients and resulting in churn. *Lack of direction and leadership. All teams are on their own path without clear direction. *No 401k match.
