      I still have nightmares sometimes that I’m still working there. There are clearly fake reviews being posted to convince you that working here is wonderful and that people who don’t make it just aren’t tough or competitive. This was the worst experience I’ve had professionally and want to warn anyone considering working here to please look elsewhere

      Pluspunten

      Excellent training with a strong focus on skill enhancement. This is true for both the business development and recruiting sides of the house. Leadership has developed standardized best practices and SOPs based on years of proven results that, if applied, work. Hard work and results are also rewarded with better-than-industry commissions and bonuses, plus a reachable President's Club trip and a special company Dream Goal trip.

      Personally, I have a long commute to the HQ office, but I have been able to make this work for more than eight years now due to the flexible hybrid schedule leadership has put in place based on performance.

      Pluspunten

      The company has done very well despite the economy and did not have layoffs while almost all companies did during this time. A clear career path with room for promotion.

      Minpunten

      Requires hard work and a good attitude to do well here. Hard to do sometimes when you work in the people business.
