You will never get paid the full amount as they promised. Below are the techniques they used to decrease my pay. Maybe you will experience something different, but it is better to join them with the expectation of how they will take advantage of you: 1. No pay for holidays. For example, if they promised 50k a year before you joined the company, then the hourly rate they give you is 50k / 2080 hrs, supposing you are working everyday through the year without break. However, whenever there is a national holiday and the customer's company is not open, they will not pay for that day. As a result, the received pay is much smaller than the pay they said at the beginning. 2. No sick days. If you are sick, work or pay for yourself. 3. During the time they sponsor your H1B visa, they will ask you to pay for the lawyer fee yourself. Or, they will pay for you but subtract the lawyer's fee from your salary. 4. When they think the customer's company is not paying enough, and they are not earning as much as they want, they will ask you to sign a new contract agreeing to decrease your salary, for example, by 30%. And by this time, you would have already wasted the visa lottery chance with them and you wouldn't have a choice. And so, after so many ways of subtracting your pay, when finally you decide to leave, they will also try to force you to leave a 5-star comment before you go. Even if you left an anonymous review, they will call you and ask which is yours and look through your comment and give you feedback on that. That is why there are so many either 1-star or 5-star reviews here. If the company is somewhat good, or at least good to some employees, the reviews should be more evenly distributed. All I can say is, never apply if you have other options.
