Pluspunten
Great people in the front of house to work with (minus GM). For a busy daily restaurant, it was more good than bad days. Considering it was during COVID and things were extra difficult.
Minpunten
GM was terrible with no experience and it showed. Terrible back of house and kitchen staff. Turnover was insane and made management a nightmare, having to help in the kitchen constantly. Again, this was during COVID and all restaurants were struggling, but I had never seen this before in my 10+ yrs of experience.
