      Culture change, change in commitment to the team members. Taking a family and moving into a corporate environment was a big change. Watching the best team members leave the company was sad.

      I first want to thank you for your time spent with RSI. Change, being one of the most difficult aspects of life, comes with a wide range of effects and I’m sorry to hear the our company’s vast growth has affected you in a negative manner. Every person who has stepped through our front doors and worked for RSI is a contributing piece to our puzzle and part of the reason we are still winning awards like Top Workplace today. Growing pains can be difficult to get through, but we appreciate your feedback and longevity with our company.
