Fantastic for professional development, hiring on potential and really supporting you to grow in your career. I've progressed here much quicker than I would have been able to at probably most other organisations.

Minpunten

Capacity is always very stretched and it is a demanding (albeit supportive) environment. If you want to put your feet up in a job, Restless isn't the one.

Pluspunten

Everyone worked together really well in the office. If you needed help or advice on something, there were always multiple people to help. The people in the office all believe in the company's cause, and the atmosphere is very positive.

Minpunten

The pay is low, but it is on par with other ngo salries.

It's a great organisation with a strong mission that is achieving a lot all over the world. They give good opportunities for professional development.

Minpunten

It's very hard to maintain a positive work-life balance. While there are opportunities for advancement, there seems to be a lot of crony-ism in management.
