This workplace was extremely difficult due to poor management and a toxic culture. Employees were heavily micromanaged, with little trust or autonomy, which made even simple tasks stressful. Expectations constantly changed, and communication from management was unclear and often disrespectful. There were also noticeable racial biases in how employees were treated. Certain individuals were spoken to and disciplined differently, creating an uncomfortable and unfair work environment. When concerns were raised, they were ignored or brushed off rather than addressed professionally.
