Employee handbook is subject to interpretation by each and every department manager, not he same for all. I personally was singled out daily by some wench who got a promotion and decided she didn't like me. My time there was hell from the time I clocked in until the time I clocked out hearing almost daily "we're not picking on you and everyone I supervise is treated exactly the same. Got home every single day with a headache due to the bs you have to put up with. If anyone is thinking about working for them I would advise you don't. Employees don't stay long. They have a revolving door policy.
