Minpunten

A number of the employees at Revation are remote, so it can take a little more effort to get to know your coworkers. The company events and activities help a lot with maintaining the positive culture here - definitely looking forward to even more fun events once we're post-covid!

Ideas and effort receive immediate feedback. The things you touch reach the customer and are realized in both product and services. The current size of the company provides a breadth of experience across building and operating a service you won't find at a larger company. The technology plays in an area that is expanding the use of virtual communication and conversation where security and content protection is critical, where in-person contact is either not an option or it is preferred to communicate using technologies and services where people do not have to travel.

Minpunten

Roles and responsibilities can be blurry and require everyone to pay everyone to gaps in product and process in order to correct issues. This can sometimes lead to confusion about ownership. Job demands can be high and the small size of the company limits the available team and talent to back you up. Personal responsibility is a key attribute of each employee.
