Pluspunten
Interview process is quite impressive I mean u will start thinking it as a dream company, Mr. Jain of course is a pros there but sometimes his silence on the wrong things puts a question to his leadership ability, Growing company so opportunity for those who can take unnecessary pressure and can work without salary some time.
Minpunten
Improper management, absence of good leads to support improving employees performance, repetition of the same old leads again and again, proper BPO, vision of growing company is there but no values given to the employees, they think they can all achieve it alone specially Mr. bhoumik, no work no salary, they will hire u on salary basis but then after some time they will start saying lies even on mails and will only give u salary if target will be achieved .
No proper HR policies. Sometime even TLs take call. Last thing is all you going to hear in RA is growing company growing company and growing company all the time. I'm afraid that if all these things I've mentioned didn't stop, or rectified, it may lead growing company to going company .
