      Pluspunten

      Good people to work with. Very friendly and accommodating. Good exposure to many different facets of the business and projects within your role. Good hybrid balance

      Minpunten

      Does not have opportunities for professional advancement if you are in junior or middle management levels. Very poor compensation against current market rates. No professional development. Communication of priorities is not always clear. Teams are somewhat siloed. Cross functional work can be difficult given the amount of turnover over - constantly re-explaining tasks and support needed to new people or people who fail to remember their involvement in the execution. As a venture capitalist backed company, they seem to be slower towards growth and taking risks.

      Senior management brought in from outside the industry that is way in over their heads Closing offices. Constant whiplash in direction. One day is objective X, the next day objective Y. No focus. We can't build anything with this level of chaos. Private Equity. Be warned that the focus on profits makes it cutthroat. Layoffs. I've seen multiple coworkers just vanish due to "restructures."
