I was able to do multiple different functions outside of my role which gained me experience to grow and get certifications in WSET that were paid for. I trained multiple reps and helped manage the merch team. I worked with certain family members that fought for me the best they could but they were in SoCal and I was in NorCal.
Minpunten
I felt forced out after years of loyal service and after having lots of success, countless accolades, and helping build the Bay Area team. My manager terminated me early without any power to do so from corporate. It was like she was threatened by me. When I endorsed her for the promotion. I got a sorry from HR and they paid me out for my two weeks. My first salary was 36,000 a year managing over 250 stores in the SF Bay Area.
