The opportunity to work in some incredible locations, and a company where talent is valued and ideas are encouraged. Very happy working here.

Very Swiss, loves nothing more than a good written policy, but actually overall there's no real bad points.

I had an AMAZING manager who always supported me.

There are ALOT of company politics. Morale is ruined by the cliquey culture. People brag about getting people let go. There’s too many people hired & not enough responsibility for individuals. There’s an absurd rule about phone usage.
