Pluspunten

Possibilité d'acquérir les produits (montres/bijoux) du groupe à très bon prix. Bon environnement de travail. Collègues compétents (en général). Emploi stable.

Minpunten

Salaires faibles (employée tout du moins) par rapport au reste du secteur. Environnement très politique. Vision stratégique top down (peu de communication entre les bras et la tête). Possibilités d'évolution très lentes voire inexistante dans certains départements. Beaucoup trop de dinosaures en middle et top management. Inégalités de salaires et avantages entre les filiales du groupe (notamment Cartier).

I had an AMAZING manager who always supported me.

There are ALOT of company politics. Morale is ruined by the cliquey culture. People brag about getting people let go. There’s too many people hired & not enough responsibility for individuals. There’s an absurd rule about phone usage.
