Corporate culture is one of working together, not very individualistic. Company architecture is fairly flat which means everyone has some ability to shape product.

Management seems to be favoring short term gains to long term success at times. Fastest growing player in a shrinking market of oil field labor. Flat architecture can make it hard to know if there is any chance to move up. Money is stingy in an attempt to turn a profit, below market wages at a point when they offer little equity. The only real company value seems to be money, but at least management is obvious about that.
