No one cares whether you're working or not. R&D Manager has no idea about electronics and doesn't care at all.

Pluspunten

Lunch break is long. Nobody cares… Welfare can say not bad. Pantry always have lots of snacks to eat and take. Can always knock off on the dot. Work life balance.

Minpunten

The team see you not Malaysian and bias Singaporean. Only talk to Malaysia. Probation given 3 months but manager expect you to learn fast within 1 month. Keep saying fast pace environment. Most companies is fast pace ok…

The HR team is professional, friendly, and approachable from the very first point of contact, even before joining, and continues to be supportive throughout the employment journey. They listen to feedback and actively provide support & solutions. Management and Leadership Management consists of a mix of experienced and younger leaders, offering two complementary leadership styles. Learnt from the experience of senior leaders while being trusted and empowered by younger leaders to trial and implement new ideas. Both approaches are equally essential and work well together.

- Not much processes in place but this also gives people an opportunity to come in to bridge the gap and more room for growth. - Communication within teams and across departments could be improved. - There is room to improve efficiency while maintaining work-life balance. - A more preventive approach, rather than a reactive or intervention-based system, could be adopted.
