Fast forward a year and they split management and separated sales and operations, which led to a downward spiral with the Management for NSW being inexperienced, condescending, micro managing, bullying, creating cliques and you get fired for asking questions. Always point out mistakes and prefers to shoot first and ask questions later with a strict policy of never apologising for mistakes if they are in a higher position. Full of lies and empty promises. People and culture supports only management decisions and doesn't do anything to help support or build a better culture or care about the people working there. Strict "management decisions" are the best decision and your ideas are crap policy unless they think it themselves. Used to be a good company and had it's shortcomings but off late it's a nightmare to even want to go into work. I give this company another 6 months under the current management and every single tenured person in this company will leave.
