There is encouragement and support for people to be independent and lead. They really let you shape the agency. Competitive salary, benefits, vacation and summer hours make it a great place to work.

Some of the old "talent" liked the sleepy old place it was and relied on the true talent to carry the load. Needless to say, there was friction.
