You’re working for an MLM (they sell Incellderm, botalab, and lifening) and it’s incredibly easy to tell that upper US management does not care at all about any of its customers/employees at any lower levels, including those they share an office with. I have literally heard a high seller use the term “brain wash” when talking about initiating people into the company. On top of that, US management is completely delusional in their goals and their management. They are rude to their employees and ask you to do anything but the job you were hired for. They bait-and-switch you in your job and have incredibly high turn over. They work some of the employees so hard they began having physical symptoms of pain, carpal tunnel, etc. Angry customers would call some of them after hours and they are expected to answer for fear of losing their job AND their green card. There’s also a complete lack of transparency about the business and you can tell upper US management is getting ready to jump ship to a new MLM after bankrupting this one. These people are career MLM hoppers and I cannot think of a worse “corporate” working environment than working under them. The “ceo” hires only friends and inappropriately brings her partner and brother in as consultants without telling people who they are. They, in true MLM fashion, are in to squeeze whatever money they can and get out before the time bomb of Riman US goes off. I’ve also seen both racism and harassment first hand in this company, and in one case experienced it myself. Save yourself the headache, ethical dilemmas, harassment, and potential subpoena. Do NOT give Riman a second thought. Unless you’re the Federal Trade Commission - I’m looking forward to that.
