First off I’ve been in the rental business for a few decades and never ever thought. I’d get the opportunity to work at Ring Power! There has been a few speed bumps mainly because we were hired in the infant stages of really rolling out a standalone rental department. Lots of techs and not enough work to spread around, often times throughout the year you will be cleaning floors because there’s no repair jobs. Mostly if not all a younger generation of techs working in the shop which makes for a less mature work environment.
