Ridiculous leadership overall (particularly in marketing org) - leadership in marketing is hilarious, shooting from the hip, missing targets, blaming random new hires, re-org, than try again. Zero experience running a team / budget at scale, and no leadership guidance to help them learn. Easy search on linkedin shows the strong team members have all left in the past ~12 months. Leadership playing clueless as to why attrition is so high - when the obvious reasons are abundantly clear and well talked about amongst the org. Toxic culture - he said she said mentality Lack of promotions High turnover (voluntary and involuntary) - constantly losing entire teams of folks in <6 months, causing re-orgs and random job responsibilities as you have to pinch-hit everyone else's role as a result of attrition Unclear expectations / role - many cases of people being hired for a role and immediately being rescope (even re-titled) after starting the job
