The cons everyone has mention are sad yet very true. This company has went downhill in the employees eyesight. Many of use are unhappy and trying to escape. Strict adherence schedule, metric driven, script “call guide”

The company has a 1 week shutdown between Christmas and New Year's every year that is a nice addition to an above average PTO and holiday policy.
Individual teams are knowledgeable and effective when given the opportunity.

Regular layoffs with high-performing team members being let go in mass organization restructuring without logical reasons. Each layover seems to target older employees or those with more tenure.
There is a disconnect between the contributions employees make and the visibility those contributions receive at the leadership level.

Organizational changes often feel reactive rather than strategic, leaving employees to absorb the impact without clear communication.
