There is a disconnect between the contributions employees make and the visibility those contributions receive at the leadership level. Frequent team restructuring creates uncertainty and makes it hard to build momentum on long-term initiatives. Organizational changes often feel reactive rather than strategic, leaving employees to absorb the impact without clear communication. Roles and responsibilities can shift without corresponding adjustments to title, compensation, or headcount support. There are instances where workplace dynamics favor certain voices over others, which undermines collaboration and trust. The company risks losing institutional knowledge by not investing more in retaining and advancing its top contributors.
