Lots of good work colleagues

10 years with company took temporary layoff with agreement to return when work got going. Nepotism within management is rife! Got replaced by friend of manager with no callback to me a week after speaking to them. Disgusting stuff.

Benefits are decent. Some good people.

Senior management has no idea what they're doing. They hire and fire on a whim. The constant turn over is nerve racking. The company is bleeding money, with not enough work to go around, yet everyone is always "too busy". This seems to indicate that everyone there is directionless and just trying to look important to save their job. Wouldn't be surprised if this company ceased to exist in 5 years.
