The hours are decent and they pay you on time and the benefits are OK

Minpunten

Training process is poor. It was not mentioned in the interview that you were expected to know how to read medical records, and how to interpret codes to providers. A little more transparency would’ve been appreciated.

Phenomenal team of people to work with, who are always happy to help and give extra effort when situation calls for it.

None come to mind. Staying current with regulations and changing healthcare landscape can be frustrating, but that's nothing to do with the company itself.

MICROMANAGEMENT OF FIELD NURSE'S, ineffective communication with managers and salaried employees, FCM Bonus Structure, reduction in billable hours, reduction in case load and lost accounts during acquisition, incorporating FCMs into the TCM world for how things are done and billed, NO marketing strrategies for Indiana, NO advancement opportunities, NO FCM recognition company wide, years of expertise doesn't matter, changing FCM role & responsibilities without a team discussion.
